Small Groups at Hope
If you are thinking, "I want to do something in addition to attending weekly worship, what should I do?”, our answer would be, “Join a small group!” Small Groups are a great place to understand God’s Word and build friendships.
We offer two kinds of small groups at Hope: Neighborhood Groups and Bible Studies.
Neighborhood Groups
Neighborhood Groups are weekly gatherings in people’s homes to share a meal, discuss the past Sunday’s sermon, and pray for each other. These are a great way to get to know men and women from our church and to be known by a group of people on a deeper level.

Bible Studies
Bible Studies are gender-specific weekly gatherings to study a particular book of the Bible or a book written by a contemporary author. Childcare may be offered, and the study will take place in a home or at the church. These are a great way to grow in your personal walk with Christ alongside other members of our church.

Monday Evening Women’s Bible Study:
Begins: Monday, September 14
Time: 6:30 - 8:30 PM

Leaders: Anna Ruth Waters, Kristin Wallace, Susanna Adams, and Elzaba Anderson
Join us this fall as we work through John Mark Comer’s Live No Lies, exploring how we can recognize the lies that shape us, resist what pulls us away from God, and learn to live more deeply in His truth and freedom. Wednesday Morning Women’s Bible Study:
Begins: Wednesday, September 2
Time: 9:15 - 11:15 AM
Location: Hope Presbyterian Church
Leaders: Betsie Carlson, Kathy Denmark, and Sarah-Jane Carter
We will study God's Comfort by Jack Kuhatschek, a Biblical study on how Scripture leads us to our God of comfort who can transform suffering into a source of spiritual growth, wisdom and compassion. Childcare is offered during the study for children ages 5 and under, so be sure to include your child in your registration!
